The author is the CEO of a small pharmaceutical company who implemented, 10 years ago, the principle of subsidiarity in his company. Subsidiarity refers to the idea that decisions should be made at the most local level possible.
The cardinal virtues are considered fundamental to living a good and meaningful life. They are typically considered to be prudence, justice, fortitude, and temperance. In the workplace, these virtues are especially important for helping individuals make ethical and effective decisions, to foster cooperation and teamwork, and to create a positive and productive work environment, all values which are necessary to a good implementation of subsidiarity.
The author interviewed the AI and through hundreds of questions guided the answers to write this book.
