I will introduce the main areas that are strongly connected to evolve your unique way of manifesting creativity. And teach you how to use them in your creative process.Every day, we will talk about these areas and experiment with many different practices to help you with these three main purposes: to observe, train and manifest your creative state.1. OBSERVE your current creative state and identify which are your strengths and weaknesses. Knowing where to start and become aware of what is holding you back will allow you to keep developing your creative skills.* Guided meditations, intuitive journal sessions, intuitive drawing and painting, will be used for this goal. 2. TRAIN your ability to WORK with your own creative energy and learn how to enter a creative flow from a state of balance. This is key to help you become a better host for creativity and accelerate your progress. * Guided meditations, breathing exercises, grounding sessions and inspirational practices will help with this purpose.3. MANIFEST creativity from wider and newer perspectives. During these days, you'll experience different creative states to help you find the practices that fit best for you during your personal creative process. * Silence and digital detox practice, sensory tuning sessions, art therapy and the simulation practice will serve you with this goal.
